All of our pieces are made from high quality sterling silver, that of which may naturally oxidise or tarnish over time if not taken proper care of.
In order to bring your silver jewellery back to life over time, I recommend soaking the piece in warm soapy water and brush in small circular motions with an old toothbrush.
A silver polishing cloth is also a useful tool to get that mirror shine back into your piece.
Postage & Delivery
When delivering valuable jewellery it's important to us to get it to you safely and securely.
So we recommend the An Post Registered option as it provides tracking, proof of postage and next day delivery.
Standard postage with An Post is the other option we offer although it doesn't provide tracking information. In the unlikelihood of your package going missing there are still risks therefor we are not responsible for any lost post.

Returns: We unfortunately don't accept returns/refunds as all of our pieces are either one-off pieces or handmade-to-ordered so we recommend orders are made responsibly so kindly ensure your ring size accuracy before making a purchase.
It's essential to find the right fit for your finger before making your purchase so check out 'Ring Sizing' in the drop-down menu of our website for an in-detail tutorial on how to measure your finger at home.
If you received the ring as a gift we will make the exception to resize our silver rings that don't contain a gemstone set in it.
However if you are unhappy with your purchase let us know within 7 days of purchase and we can organise an exchange of something else from our website just drop us a DM with your query.
If your jewellery piece arrives damaged due to unlikely circumstances during transit such as a loose clasp, chipped metal etc we are happy to fix whatever the problem is just drop us an email at [email protected] or Direct Message via instagram.
